I’m a professional football (soccer) coach based in North Carolina with over eight years of experience, and a student of the game for over a decade.
My coaching is built on clarity, precision, and relentless improvement — helping players sharpen their technique while growing their tactical understanding. I teach the game, but I also teach discipline, work ethic, and the pursuit of excellence — whatever that means for each individual.
Off the pitch, I paint to make sense of what I see. My work blends realism and fantasy — grounded in the natural world, but reaching toward something surreal. Painting, like football, is a way of translating observation into action, feeling into form.
And when neither words nor images are enough, I turn to music. I loop synths and chase sound until it says something I can't.
This platform holds it all — a space for building, exploring, and showing up for the work.
